The refurbishment and redevelopment of Lloyds Court Shopping Centre in Milton Keynes.

The scheme provides 11,258 m2 of Retail & Restaurant Units.

Work comprised of Full Strip Out of internal finishes back to shell. Asbestos removal to all areas.

Stripping out the Ex BHS unit including removal of floors, ceilings, internal partitions, escalators.
